On the eve of Thanksgiving let's practice giving thanks.
Join SF Sangha for an evening of cultivating gratitude and mindful eating.

We will enjoy different types of meditation including:
  • Formal sitting and breath awareness
  • Walking meditation
  • Mindful eating
  • Tangerine meditation
  • Cultivation of gratitude
  • Developing presence
  • Dwelling deeply in the present moment
  • Looking into the source of our food

​You will leave the evening filled with presence and gratitude and a gatha, or short poem, you may offer yourself, or your community
before the meal begins on Thanksgiving, as well as a practice for fully engaging with the first four bites of any meal.

Donations to support our practice and encourage generosity are warmly welcomed.
